Sudafed Decongestant Information
What are Sudafed Decongestant Tablets?
Sudafed Decongestant Tablets are a non-drowsy formula that offers fast, effective relief from blocked sinuses, a stuffy nose and catarrh.
Each tablet contains the active ingredient pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, which reduces the swelling of blood vessels in the nose and sinuses helping to get mucus and air moving more freely, leaving you feeling more comfortable and breathing more easily.
Each box contains 12 tablets that can be taken by children and adults over the age of 12 years.
What are Sudafed Decongestant Tablets used for?
Sudafed Decongestant Tablets provide relief from a blocked nose and sinuses which have become inflamed as a result of the common cold or flu or as a symptom of some allergies such as hay fever.
How does Sudafed work as a decongestant?
The active ingredient pseudoephedrine hydrochloride works to ease nasal and sinus congestion by causing the blood vessels in these areas to contract. This process reduces inflammation allowing mucus and air to flow making it easier for you to breathe through your nose.
