After working in the local pharmacy at the weekend whilst at school, he decided to study Pharmacy at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He graduated in 2011 and moved back to Bristol to work with Lloydspharmacy where he met Andy.
After gaining experience as a community pharmacist around Bristol for 2 years, Scott left Lloyds and joined Andy to form The Independent Pharmacy, with the idea that digital healthcare was going to form an increasingly important part of the pharmacy sector in the future.
Scott fulfills a number of roles in the company including a director, registered manager with the CQC, and a clinical pharmacist registered with the GPhC. He has a particular interest in increasing the provision of medicines online in a safe and responsible manner and has been actively involved in advising new regulation in the growing online pharmacy sector.
When not in work, Scott can be found outdoors hiking, climbing, cycling or surfing.
