Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to promotions (“Promotion”) offered by The Independent Pharmacy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

a. The “Spend and Save £5 when you spend £40, or £10 when you spend £60” email promotion.

b. The “15% off when you spend £30" email promotion.

c. The “Save 10% When You Spend £50” offered by our Affiliate partners.

1.2. By participating in the Promotion, customers (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is valid for online purchases only at theindependentpharmacy.co.uk.

2.2. The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.3. The Promotion cannot be used by business customers or resellers.

2.4. The Spend & Save Email Promotion is subject to a minimum spend of £40 for £5 off, or £60 for £10 off, in a single transaction, excluding delivery charges.

2.5. The 15% Off Email Promotion is subject to a minimum spend of £30 in a single transaction, excluding delivery charges.

2.6. The Affiliate Promotion is subject to a minimum spend of £50 in a single transaction, excluding delivery charges.

3. Promotion Details

3.1. Email - when you spend £40 or more, you will receive a discount of £5 on eligible items in your basket. Or when you spend £60 or more, you will receive a discount of £10 on eligible items in your basket.

3.2. Email 15% Off - when you spend £30 or more, you will receive a discount of 15% on eligible items in your basket.

3.3. Affiliate - when you spend £50 or more, you will receive a discount of 10% on eligible items in your basket.

3.4. The saving is applied to the subtotal of eligible items before delivery charges are added.

3.5. The Promotion will be applied via a code where specified, or automatically, at checkout.

4. Exclusions

4.1. The following items are excluded from the Promotion (unless otherwise stated):

a. Controlled drugs or items restricted by law;

b. Gift cards, postage and delivery charges;

c. Any product lines explicitly marked as “excluded from promotions.”

4.2. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, bundle, cashback, or voucher unless expressly stated.

5. Limits and Restrictions

5.1. One use per customer per promotional period unless stated otherwise.

5.2. The Promotion is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no cash alternative.

5.3. If you amend your order and it no longer meets the minimum spend, the discount will be removed.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. If you return items purchased using the Promotion, any refund will reflect the discounted price actually paid.

6.2. If a return brings your order value below the specified minimum spend, we reserve the right to reclaim the discount amount from any refund due.

6.3. Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded unless defective, in line with UK legislation.

7. Duration and Availability

7.1. The Email Promotion runs between 26.11.25 and 3.12.25, or until withdrawn by us.

7.2. The Affiliate Promotion runs between 27.11.25 and 2.12.25, or until withdrawn by us.

7.3. We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.4. All products are offered subject to availability.

8. Fraud and Misuse

8.1. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse the Promotion where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

8.2. We may withhold or remove the Promotion if technical issues, erroneous pricing, or system misuse occurs.

9. Liability

9.1. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

9.2. We are not responsible for technical failures, website outages, or other events outside our control that prevent participation in the Promotion.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2. Any disputes relating to the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
