Buy Sildenafil Tablets Online - Effective ED Treatment

Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is a very common phenomenon, affecting 150 million men globally. While it is most common in middle age, affecting over 50% of men over 40, it can develop at any age.

Sildenafil is an effective treatment for the majority of men experiencing ED on an intermittent or regular basis.

Sildenafil is the generic name for the drug more commonly known as Viagra, and choosing this non-branded version is often a more affordable alternative. It is only available with a prescription and comes in a choice of 25mg, 50mg and 100mg dosages. Sildenafil typically gets to work within 30 minutes and is successful for around 75% of men with ED.

Sildenafil works by temporarily increasing the blood flow to the penis, resulting in more reliable and longer-lasting erections. While it is effective for most men, a short consultation is necessary to ensure that this is a safe and viable treatment for you.

The Independent Pharmacy provides a quick, easy and totally discreet consultation to ensure that this treatment is the best erectile dysfunction treatment for your needs.

Sildenafil Tablets (25mg, 50mg, 100mg) Summary

About Sildenafil Tablets

Sildenafil (also known as generic Viagra) is a more affordable alternative to the branded drug, delivering the same results at a more affordable price.

It is available in a choice of strength options:

  • 25mg
  • 50mg
  • 100mg

A prescription is required to get started with Sildendafil. The consultation needed to get this ensures that this ED treatment is the best fit for your personal needs. Your clinician will also work with you to determine which dosage works best for you.

How Does Sildenafil Work?

Getting and maintaining an erection requires a significant amount of blood to be able to flow to and fill the spongy cells inside your penis. However, there are a range of factors that may prevent this blood flow, and this may cause erection difficulties - which is known as erectile dysfunction.

Sildenafil belongs to a group of drugs called PDE5 inhibitors. These relax blood vessels by blocking the enzymes found in the blood vessel walls that restrict blood flow. This temporarily improves blood flow to the penis, making an erection possible.

In most cases, Sildenafil gets to work in 30-60 minutes and remains effective for 4-6 hours. However, you still need to be sexually excited for the treatment to be effective.

How To Take Sildenafil

You should take Sildenafil tablets by swallowing them whole with water 30-60 minutes before having sex.

While you can take SIldenafil with food, it may take longer to get to work if taken when eating a large meal.

Grapefruit and grapefruit juice should be avoided as these can interact with Sildenafil in ways that can make it less effective.

The recommended dosage is 50mg. You should not exceed a dosage of 100mg in 24 hours. You should not take Sildenafil more than once a day.

Store Sildenafil in its original packaging at below 30°C.

Keep Sildenafil out of the sight and reach of children. Do not consume when past the expiry date.
