How does Cocois Ointment work?
This ointment combines 3 active ingredients to help relieve irritation, itchiness and inflammation as well as reducing the risk of skin infection.
Coal tar and sulphur have mild antiseptic and antifungal properties that prevent infection and help to relieve itching. These two products alongside salicylic acid also help to reduce hard, thick and scaly skin by encouraging affected areas of skin to be regenerated leaving healthy skin in its place.
