Please include a cover note with your name, email address, & phone number to allow us to contact you if there are any issues.
Step 4. Upon receipt of your prescription we will promptly dispatch your order in plain and discrete packaging using your chosen delivery service.
Please be aware that we are unable to dispatch your medication until we receive the original prescription, therefore, the delivery times estimated on our website may not apply accurately.
If we do not receive your original prescription within 5 working days we will cancel your order and refund you in full, but can reinstate this at a later date should your prescription be received.
If you do not have a prescription
If you are not currently prescribed this medication it is unlikely that we can supply you with this product, this is because we do not see you in person and cannot provide the in-depth information that needs to be considered when starting treatment or any of the ongoing support that is best provided face-to-face.

If you do not pay for your item before we receive your prescription, one of our customer service team will email you to let you know that your item(s) are ready for dispatch and will supply you with a link for payment.
