How to Use Prescription Insomnia Treatment

  • Take 1 tablet once a day, in the evening
  • Swallow the tablet whole with water
  • Take it 30 minutes before going to bed
  • Make sure you can have a full night’s sleep (at least 7 hours) after taking it

You should take it exactly as prescribed. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

When to Use Prescription Insomnia Treatment
