Anusol Cream Information
What is Anusol Cream?
Anusol Cream provides soothing relief from the discomfort of internal and external piles (haemorrhoids), fissures and anal itching.
It contains active ingredients that soothe itching, shrink piles and prevent bacterial growth which can promote healing.
Anusol Cream has a vanishing base formulation which is rapidly absorbed and avoids staining underwear.
Anusol Cream may be used with suppositories to ease insertion.
Anusol Cream warnings
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, only use this medicine on the advice of your doctor.
Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not store above 25°C.
How to use Anusol Cream
Directions for use: Topical use only. Apply to the affected area at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement. For internal conditions use the rectal nozzle provided, remove the nozzle cap and clean the nozzle after each use.
Not recommended for children.
If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
Anusol Cream ingredients
Anusol Cream contains the active ingredients: Zinc oxide 10.75g, bismuth oxide 2.14g, balsam peru 1.8g per 100g.
Other Ingredients: Glycerol monostearate, liquid paraffin, propylene glycol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate, titanium dioxide (E171), methyl hydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl hydroxybenzoate (E216) and water.
