What are Difflam 3mg Lozenges and what are they used for?
Difflam 3mg Lozenges are used to relieve pain and irritation of the mouth and throat in adults and children above the age of 6 years.
How to use Difflam 3mg Lozenges
Difflam 3mg Lozenges are for oral use only.
- Take one lozenge 3 times a day.
- Let one lozenge dissolve slowly in your mouth.
- Do not swallow.
- Do not chew.
- Read the package leaflet before use.
Difflam 3mg Lozenge ingredients
Each lozenge contains 3 mg benzydamine hydrochloride (equivalent to 2.68 mg benzydamine).
Inactive ingredients: Isomalt (E 953), Aspartame (E 951), Levomenthol, Citric acid, monohydrate, Lemon flavour, Mint flavour, Quinoline yellow (E 104), Indigotin dye (E 132).
Difflam 3mg Lozenges warnings
- Read the patient information leaflet warnings carefully.
- Do not give to children under 6 years of age.
- Children 6-11 years of age must be supervised by an adult whilst taking Difflam Lozenges.
- Do not use for more than 7 days.
- If your throat condition gets worse, or does not improve after 3 days. Appear feverish or other symptoms, speak to your pharmacist of doctor.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Do not store above 25ºC.
- Store in the original package in order to protect from moisture.
