Buy Fybogel Online

Fybogel is a convenient and natural over-the-counter supplement that provides gentle constipation relief. It contains ispaghula husk, which is a natural plant-based fibre that works with your body, not against it. This means that it can ease your symptoms without causing cramps or urgency, making it ideal for you if you’re looking for a more natural and gentle approach. You can use it to help manage constipation symptoms throughout pregnancy, and it can relieve symptoms linked to piles as well.

You take Fybogel by mixing one sachet into a glass of cold water, morning and evening, after meals. It’s simple to use, and works best when you combine it with simple lifestyle changes like extra hydration and fibre-rich foods.

Fybogel could be a useful option for you if you experience constipation and want to find a simple, natural, and effective way to manage your symptoms. You can order online today for fast UK delivery, without needing to complete a consultation.

About Fybogel

Fybogel is a gentle and natural way to ease constipation by encouraging your body to have regular bowel movements. Its active ingredient is ispaghula husk, which is a type of plant fibre that helps your digestive system work more smoothly. Because it works naturally and doesn’t cause sudden urgency or cramping, many people use it during pregnancy. It’s also an excellent option for people with piles/haemorrhoids.

How Does Fybogel Work?

The main ingredient in Fybogel is ispaghula husk. This type of plant fibre works by absorbing water in your gut, then forms a soft, bulky mass. This encourages the muscles in the wall of your intestines to move the waste along, allowing it to move through your digestive system smoothly and gently. This makes it easier and more comfortable to go to the toilet.

How To Use Fybogel

To use Fybogel, adults and children over the age of 12 should pour a glass of around 150ml of cold water, and add one sachet of Fybogel. For children under the age of 12, your prescriber will advise how much to take. Stir well and drink immediately after the fizzing stops and the product is dissolved. You should aim to take Fybogel after meals, and at least 30 minutes before bed. You should leave a gap of at least 30 minutes between taking any other medication and taking Fybogel.

Ingredients

Each sachet of Fybogel Orange contains 3.5 grams of ispaghula husk, which is the active ingredient that helps increase the fibre in your diet. The other ingredients that help make Fybogel work are potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, riboflavin sodium phosphate, beta-carotene, aspartame (E951), orange flavour, saccharin sodium, polysorbate 80 and silica colloidal anhydrous.

Side Effects

As with all medications, Fybogel may cause side effects. Not everyone gets them, and most people only get mild ones. The most common ones are passing gas and bloating. These usually happen during the first few days of taking Fybogel and are because your body is adjusting to the increased amount of fibre in your diet. Less commonly, some people may experience an allergic reaction. Symptoms include wheezing, coughing, red or itchy eyes, a blocked or runny nose, skin rash, or difficulty breathing. If you get any of these symptoms, speak to a member of our team or another medical professional straight away.

Warnings

You shouldn’t use Fybogel if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients. Additionally, if you have any problems swallowing, Fybogel might not be right for you. Avoid Fybogel if you have a sudden change in bowel habits that have lasted for more than two weeks, you have a blockage in your bowel or you have slow gut movements. If you’re taking medications that can cause constipation, like codeine or morphine, you shouldn’t take Fybogel, but you should let a member of our team know, so we can point you in the direction of suitable alternatives.
