How do I use Eczema/Psoriasis Relief Tape?

To use the tape correctly, follow these steps:

1. Clean the Area: Wash and thoroughly dry the affected area of your skin before applying the tape.
2. Cut the Tape: Cut a piece of the tape to fit the size of the area you need to treat. Ensure that it covers the entire affected area without overlapping onto healthy skin.
3. Apply the Tape: Peel off the protective backing and apply the adhesive side of the tape directly onto the skin. Press it down gently to ensure it sticks well.
4. Leave in Place: The tape can be left in place for 12 to 24 hours, depending on your doctor's instructions. It should be changed daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.
5. Remove the Tape: Gently peel off the tape when it's time to change it. If the tape sticks too tightly, you can moisten it with water to make removal easier.
