How Does Hezkue Work?
Hezkue contains the active ingredient sildenafil, a type of medicine called a PDE5 inhibitor. These work by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, increasing blood flow when you are sexually aroused, and making it easier to get and maintain an erection.
Please note that Hezkue does not increase your sex drive and will only work if you are sexually stimulated. The fast absorption of the spray means erections may be achieved faster than with sildenafil tablets.
How To Take Hezkue Spray
Always take Hezkue exactly as directed by our clinical team.
Each pump of the spray bottle releases 0.5 ml of suspension with 12.5 mg of sildenafil. The recommended starting dose is 2 ml or 50 mg (4 pumps). Spray directly onto your tongue and swallow immediately with saliva. Avoid direct contact between the end of the dosage pump and the inside of your mouth and tongue.
If this is not sufficient for you to get an erection, or if your erection does not last long enough for sexual intercourse, please inform our clinical team. They will adjust your dosage accordingly.
You should take Hezkue approximately one hour before you plan to have sex.
Do not take Hezkue more than once a day. Do not take Hezkue together with other products containing sildenafil.
Ingredients
Each ml of Hezkue suspension contains 35.1mg of the active ingredient sildenafil citrate.
Other inactive ingredients include sodium benzoate, anhydrous citric acid, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, hypromellose, xanthan gum, peppermint flavouring and purified water.
Side Effects
Like all medicines, Hezkue has some risk of side effects. These are usually mild and temporary, and not everyone will experience them.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness and blurred vision.
Serious side effects are rare but may include chest pain, nosebleeds, sudden vision, loss or a prolonged or painful erection lasting more than four hours (priapism).

If you experience adverse side effects, including symptoms of allergic reaction such as wheezing, shortness of breath or swelling of your face, mouth or throat, stop taking Hezkue immediately and seek urgent medical help.
Warnings
Hezkue may not be suitable if you take nitrates for chest pain, medicines for blood pressure, or other treatments for erectile dysfunction.
Consult our clinical team before taking Hezkue if you have serious heart or liver problems, very low blood pressure, have an existing heart condition, or certain rare eye diseases such as retinitis pigmentosa.
Drinking alcohol can reduce its effectiveness and may increase your risk of side effects. Do not use Hezkue with recreational amyl nitrate ("poppers") as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Hezkue is only to be used by for adults assigned male at birth.

How Does Hezkue Spray Work?
Hezkue helps to combat erectile dysfunction by relaxing and widening your blood vessels to improve blood flow to your penis. When you are sexually aroused, sildenafil makes it easier to achieve and maintain an erection. However, you need to be sufficiently sexually aroused for it to work.
As a liquid spray, the sildenafil enters your bloodstream faster than when digesting a tablet. This means you may feel the effects in as little as five minutes and can help sexual activity feel more spontaneous.
