Chlorphenamine 2mg/5ml Oral Solution

Choosing a non-branded antihistamine treatment such as Chlorphenamine is a much more cost effective way to treat your allergies. It contains the same active ingredient as Piriton but at a fraction of the branded price.

It is used in the treatment of allergic conditions such as hayfever, skin allergies e.g. Itching, Nettle Rash, Allergies to medicines or foods. It also relieves insect bites and swelling of the lining of the nose and sinuses.

Suitable for children 1 year+ and adults (including the elderly)

May cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive or operate machinery. Avoid alcoholic drink.

1-2 years: ONE 2.5ml spoonful TWICE a day

2-6 years: ONE 2.5ml spoonful every 4-6 hours

6-12 years: ONE 5ml spoonful every 4-6 hours

Adults: TWO 5ml Spoonfuls every 4-6 hours a day

Active ingredient: Chlorphenamine Maleate 5mg per 5ml

Also contains: Maltitol Liquid, Glycerol, Sodium Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate, Sodium Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate, Strawberry Flavour (contains Propylene Glycol).
