About Azelastine and Fluticasone Nasal Spray

Can I Use Azelastine & Fluticasone Nasal Spray?

Azelastine and Fluticasone Nasal Spray is generally well tolerated by adults. While there is an excellent chance that you will be able to use this spray, we need to carry out a brief consultation to make sure this is the right treatment for you.

What Is Allergic Rhinitis?

Allergic rhinitis is your body's inflammatory response when you come into contact with something to which you have an allergy. Symptoms include a blocked, runny nose as well as sneezing and itchy nose, eyes and throat.

It can be triggered by pollen, dust or domestic animals like dogs and cats.

How Does Azelastine and Fluticasone Nasal Spray Work?

Allergic rhinitis, while unpleasant, is your body's way of protecting itself from substances that could be harmful.

This nasal spray's dual formulation uses the antihistamine Azelastine to suppress the chemicals in your body (histamines) that trigger this allergic reaction. The corticosteroid Fluticasone suppresses the immune response that causes swelling, alleviating congestion and making it easier to breathe.
