Sildenafil is the generic form of Viagra. They are essentially the same treatment sold under a different name. Viagra is a well-known brand and therefore more expensive than the generic equivalent. In terms of ingredients and effectiveness, however, they are identical.
Both Tadalafil and Viagra (Sildenafil) are very effective ED medications. While Viagra starts working slightly more quickly, Tadalafil stays in your system for longer, supporting your erections for up to 36 hours.

The main difference between Tadalafil Once Daily and standard Tadalafil is that Tadalafil Once Daily contains a lower dose of the active ingredient. Standard Tadalafil tablets normally contain 10mg or 20mg of Tadalafil, while once daily tablets contain 2.5mg or 5mg.

Propecia and Avodart block the production of DHT. In a like-for-like study comparing Propecia 1mg tablets and Avodart 0.5mg Capsules, over 24 weeks, the results showed Avodart to have more hair; 94.6 hairs, compared to Propecia, which had 76.5 hairs.
Improvement in symptoms of male pattern hair loss is typically seen within 3-6 months of starting treatment with Avodart. However, it's important to note that results may vary from person to person. As with Finasteride, you may need to take Dutasteride for one year or more before you begin to notice any hair regrowth.
